At Bonnieview Farm we work with care to cultivate the vitality of the land, the animals, our family, and our community. We milk sheep and cows seasonally and produce high-quality, farmstead cheeses by hand. We pasture our animals Spring through Fall, and make hay from our land for the Winter. We strive to offer a connection to the heritage of this land through farm visits, internships, and community events; and by producing cheese from this place to connect people near and far with the source of their food.
